b.Pengertian in general:
In the preceding verses of Allah SWT. Tells the story of the Children of Israel Neneng ancestors. Stories in this paragraph in goes to the Children of Israel which at the time the Qur'an was sent down, in which Allah has given to the pleasures of their ancestors. ie as in istimewakannya them from all the creatures of Allah SWT, which is in selamatkanya them from drowning, in turunkanya Manna and Salwa to them, then Allah Almighty told them the mistakes that their ancestors did when given pleasure, until they left the punishment of Allah then they repent of the deeds they have done.

In this verse Allah tells the most important thing about what has been commanded to their ancestral worship and bermu'amalat the command, but how they deal with the attitude of those commands, they were reluctant to carry out the order. In subsequent verses which convey the same and similar problems in repeated his statement anyway, because the condition requires a long explanation. Because the liver is innately loud talking can not penetrate the light of truth to get into the depths of his heart, because their hearts were sick and lame. Hence the book is directed to them, requiring repeat very much, hoping perhaps their hearts will melt and return to the truth.

c.Penjelasan

Wal Walyatama Masaakin:

Do good to the orphan is to improve and maintain their property pendidikananya not to get wasted. In this regard the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet filled with a will to do good to the orphans. one of the hadith about the prophet concerning orphans said: "I and the people who bear the orphans are in heaven like this (as he hinted with his forefinger and middle finger)".

Secrets contained in the command to do good to the orphan is that the ghalibnya (generally) not mepunyai orphans who love them, especially in terms of education and the fulfillment of his needs as well as maintenance of property. While his mother even though she is still there, but generally less so steady in doing the task of education in the most good, keep in mind that the orphans are also part and parcel of one people or nation, if they are damaged depraved or worse off then consequently spread to the whole people or nation, because their deeds are not good as a result of poor education, will propagate to the other, so it will create a crisis of morals among the people or nation.

Do good to the poor is to give them alms, and they sympathize, especially when they are hit by natural disasters or disasters. Imam Muslim has narrated a hadeeth of Abu Hurayrah friend, that the Messenger of Allah SWT have said:

"People who help the widows and poor people the same (reward) with those who strive in Allah SWT. (Narrator / man who narrated the hadith says, "I suspect that he SAW. Also said") and such people never stop praying of the prayer (constantly) and like the people doing the fasting that is not canceled (though a day throughout the ages) ".

In the above verse the mention of orphaned children take precedence over any mention of the poor, because poor people are still a lot trying to find their life needs, while the orphans because they are young they can not do that.
