ORPHANS feed READY TO MARRY

واتو اليتمى اموالهم ولاتتبدلوا الخبيث باالطيب ولا تاكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبرا وان خفتم الا تقسطوافي اليتمى فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلث وربع فان خفتم الا تعدلوا فواحدة اوماملكت ايمانكم دالك ادنى الا تعدلوا

Meaning:

"(2) And give it to orphans (who have baligh) their property, do not you swap the good with the bad and do not you eat them with your wealth, property, real actions (swap and eat) it is a grave sin"

"(3) And if you fear you will not do justice to the (rights) female orphans (if ye marry), then marry women (the other) that you enjoy; two, three or four. Then if you fear you can not do justice, then marry only one, or the slaves which ye have that so it is closer to not transgress

A. Tafseer Ibn Katheer

Allah SWT. In these words, ordered the people gave to the orphans their property if they had reached adulthood (baligh) and prohibits them eats the orphan's property or the mixes baurkannya with its own treasures.

Allah SWT. Said,

"Do not be a bad exchange, namely consuming an orphan's property with a good, ie consuming halalmu own property. Such action is a great sin. "

Allah SWT. Said:

that if you fear you can not do justice to the orphans of women who are under perwalianmu that you want to marry her, then find another woman to be your wife two, three, or four as you please. But if on a more wives than one, you fear you may not be fair in their treatment of the service, dress, venue, turn overnight and others, then let you married to one person alone or with enough slaves you have.

B. Tafsir al-Maraghi:

The interpretation of the words

Al yatimu:

Etymologically it means:

someone who left his father dead in absolute (either as a child or adult)

but according to tradition is not a special measure in adults.

Al Khabisa: Case is unlawful.

At-Tayyib: Case is halal.

Al Qitsu: Parts and meaningful qasata ungodly, as to which is the word: "as for those who deviate from the truth, then they will be firewood for Hell blasted" Al Jin: (72: 15)

Explanation:

What is meant by giving property to children orphaned menjadikanya is specific to them and should not be eaten at all by way of vanity (not valid). Meaning: O the trustees and beneficiaries will (orphan assets), guard your orphans jangankah memperlkukanya a way that they are ugly and Commit your property when you have felt that maturity has grown in them, because orphans are weak, unable to maintain its own property and maintain it.

And do not replace the lawful property, the property itself that you generate from your toil itself thanks to the grace of Allah Almighty, then you replace it with forbidden treasure, the orphan's property (which is entrusted to you).

Kesimpulanya, do not you have fun with the orphan's property at the place and circumstances that should you have fun using your own treasure. If you do so, it means that you replace with the orphan's property wealth.

What is meant by eating the use of the spending is all the treasure. Indeed mentioned here only in terms of eating, because most of the use of property for the purpose of eating it. And the word (ila) significantly (ma'al: along with) the overall meaning of the verse is "do not you eat the orphan's property by mixing and menggabungkanya with your property, so that you can not distinguish between them. Because it shows a lack of attention to stuff that does not mean to equate between lawful and unlawful goods with goods which are permitted.

"Really takes the orphan's property termaksuk great sin". (Surat An-Nisa ': 2)

And when you feel afraid for yourself for fear of consuming treasure that had been the wife of orphans, then do not marry her. Because Allah has given power to you for not marrying orphans, namely to justify you may marry with the women in addition to orphan one, two, three, or four.
